I WORE MY WEDDING GOWN ON MY FIANCEE'S FUNERAL.

I WORE MY WEDDING GOWN ON MY FIANCEE'S FUNERAL AND HE WORE HIS TUXEDO. I SAID I DO WHEN THEY LOWERED HIS COFFIN.

Ohh gawsh everytime I have to pen this down it breaks me all over again. Every morning feels like I have just lost the love of my life. My sugar plum!

So I come from a very small village where everyone knows everyone but if it's something brutal then no one knows anything.

My husband died a very cruel death and to this day no one saw anything but I do understand because it was at night and everyone was sleeping.

So my husband was attacked by a goat. When have you ever had that a dog killed a strong none sick man. He was very healthy and strong for a goat to kill him but because it was at night this must have been a night goat.

Uswidat was buried a week after his mother was buried. How do we heal from that?

My mother in law was hurried on the Saturday that was supposed to be our wedding night. When she fell ill we wanted to postpone the wedding but she refused and said she would be healed by our wedding day.

We listened to her although we could see that her condition was worsening. We didn't say anything because we had hope that her words would come to pass. Unfortunately she passed and we postponed the wedding to a three months later.

On the Sunday that we buried my mother in law, around 3am goats entered the yard. We had maize and butternuts in the Garden so if anyone didn't wake up to chase them away then they would have finished our produce by morning.

My husband got out of bed to go outside. It wasn't the first time such a thing happens, we sometimes have to wake up in the middle of the night to chase donkeys so it was not a big deal and I didn't think much of it. Plus I was very tired and sleepy so I went back to sleep.

I was woken up around 5am by just a bad feeling and a heavy heart. That's when I realised that my husband wasn't back in bed. I then panicked a bit and got out of bed to go look for him.

When I got outside I found traces of blood on the soil and following them I found him in the garden. I screamed for help and I rushed to him, he was shivering and blinking eyes like he was about to take his last breath.

He then said "Goats" and started twitching. Our families were still around as we had just buried his mom. They all came rushing and we took him to the car where he immediately passed on before we even left the yard.

He had cuts all over his body. Forensics says he was hit on the chest with a hard thing multiple times. They suspect it was the goat's head but it looks like a bigger animal not goat. Even the scratches show a bigger animal nails not a goat.

We still don't know what happened to my Fiancee. I still married him even in death. I even wore my wedding gown on his funeral and he wore his Tuxedo. I said I Do when they lowered his coffin.
