I SHARED A WARD WITH GHOSTS AT THE HOSPITAL

Growing up I'd hear a lot of horror stories about haunted hospitals. I was someone who was hardly ever sick, flue was the only sick i knew. My mom's sister used to work at the hospital as a cleaner.

She used to sit alone and just look like a zombie whenever she was home. It was like the company of people was annoying to her and we would let her be. She had become someone moody with a short temper.

We got closer and i got to understand her better when i spent three days in the very same hospital after giving birth through Cesarean. My first night there was confusing for me, i couldn't quite understand what was going on.

It was a planned Ceasarean so i went to the hospital a night before the actual day. I was in a ward alone. I was very happy because i am not very good with making conversations with strangers.

Three beds were empty and i was praying that it stays that way until i am discharged. I am someone who sleeps really late, i stay on my phone till after 3am or so. That night i fell into an undefeated sleep. I don't know how i passed our but it was like something poured a bucket off sleep on me and just like that i was out.

Yoh guys believe you me, hospitals i filled with angry spirits. They are angry because their families abondoned them, no one came to collect their spirits and that is why they are still roaming around hospitals. Anyway back to my confession.

So on that night, i could feel footsteps from the passage to my room. I could feel the presence of someone but i was battling with the untimely sleep that i had sedated to. However i was able to open my eyes a bit although it was a big struggle and i saw a woman on the bed on the far end in the room, she was sitting on the bed breastfeeding the baby but staring at me.

I was really battling to stay up. Next thing the sun rose and i was finaly up. I was told to get up, take a bath and not put on any lotion for my surgery. I looked at the bed and there was no one and the bed looked like it was never sat on nor slept on.

I asked the nurse if there was any new mom who came in the room last night and the nurse said no. She asked if i saw someone and i explained to her what i saw. She told me that i am not the first one to tell her such.

She said this while leaving the room.

Time for my surgery came and i had my baby. When i was taken back to the ward i fell deep into sleep. I was woken up by the nurse asking me to breastfeed the baby. The night came and i wanted to charge my phone but i was in pain. Getting up to get the charger was a mission.

Then a cleaner who was quietly cleaning the ward helped me charge my phone. It was an elderly woman who looked very tired. I tried having a conversation with her but she just charged my phone and went back to cleaning.

She cleaned so slow and quietly. My hair was giving me some vibes i honestly didn't understand. Ka betha ke letswalo and i remained quiet. The next morning my aunt came to check on me as she was on duty and i told her about the two weird looking people at the hospital.

She looked so disturbed and told me never ever to mention this to anyone or they will forever haunt me. She then told me that the hospital was hauntef by so many spirits and she is forever attacked. She told me how working at the hospital has made her a slave of sorrow and a playground for ghosts.

She said that the old man was her former colleague who passed away 5 years ago. The woman i saw is a woman who passed away after giving birth and her baby survived so she's obsessed with newborns.

According to my aunt only a few people get to witness such a traumatic experience and they sometimes become victims of the ghosts for a life time unless they approach the victim's families and get them to come and collect their loved one's spirits at the hospital.

On the 3rd day i got discharged and i was relieved. I am now very close with my aunt and she always shares her almost every week experiences with different spirits at her work place.

When someone in your family dies at a certain building, road or wherever. Please collect their spirits and let them rest in peace. Those who die elsewhere please take their spirits to their place of work and let their spirits know that they no longer work there so they should not go there anymore.
