The body of Isaya Maphalle, a 42-year-old man who was reported missing, has been discovered dismembered and buried in a shallow grave in his own yard** at Morutji Village.
It has now emerged that **his girlfriend and mother of his children, identified as Priscilla**, is the **main suspect** in his gruesome murder. Priscilla is currently **on the run with their children**.
According to family sources, Priscilla allegedly went to one of her children’s schools to collect a **removal letter**, claiming they were relocating — and soon after, she disappeared.
Investigations reveal that **she tried to burn Isaya’s body** after killing him. The **bloody clothes** he was wearing **burned completely**, but **his body did not**. Witnesses say Priscilla was seen standing by the fire, **watching her attempt to burn the body fail**, while pretending to burn old clothes.
The upper part of Isaya’s body was reportedly **forced into a sack and buried in a shallow grave**, while the **lower part was wrapped in a plastic bag and buried separately**, later **covered with cement**.
When neighbors and relatives asked about Isaya’s whereabouts, Priscilla claimed that **some men had come with a car to fetch him** to help repair their vehicle, as he was a mechanic. No one suspected her — until she vanished with the children.
Police conducted an **exhumation on Tuesday, 11 November 2025**, to recover the remains.
