🎯 Shebeshxt in Hot Water After Alleged Road Rage Shooting

Limpopo, South Africa — Popular South African rapper and performer Shebeshxt, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, is once again making headlines — this time for all the wrong reasons. The controversial artist has reportedly been accused of shooting a motorist during what authorities are calling a road rage incident in Limpopo.

According to police reports, the incident took place over the weekend when a heated altercation between Shebeshxt and another driver allegedly escalated into violence. Eyewitnesses claim that after a brief exchange of words, shots were fired, leaving the victim critically injured. The unidentified man is said to be in intensive care at a nearby hospital.

Limpopo police have since opened a case of attempted murder, and investigations are currently underway. Police spokespersons have confirmed that Shebeshxt was taken in for questioning but later released pending further investigation.

This latest controversy adds to the growing list of legal and public issues surrounding the rapper. Earlier this year, Shebeshxt was involved in a serious car accident that left his vehicle severely damaged and sparked renewed discussions about his reckless lifestyle. In 2024, he also faced accusations of drunk driving, which he denied in a viral social media rant.

Fans have expressed mixed reactions online — some defending him as a misunderstood artist, while others are calling for accountability. Many on social media believe the incident could be a turning point in his career, urging him to seek help and focus on his music instead of controversy.

As of now, police say they are waiting on ballistic test results and witness statements before making any arrests.

“This case is being treated with utmost seriousness. We urge the public to allow the law to take its course,” said a Limpopo police official.

Shebeshxt has not yet released an official statement regarding the alleged shooting.
