SKEEM SAAM's Dr ELIZABETH THOBAKGALE SHINES ON KING MONADA'S NEW ALBUM

Amanda Manku Shines on King Monada’s New Album

King Monada’s brand-new album I Khant Do Dhis Enimo has been trending since its release, but one name that has everybody talking is Elizabeth (Amanda) Manku. Known mostly for her work on screen, she surprised many fans by stepping confidently into the music world — and she didn’t come to play.

Elizabeth Manku is not just a background voice on this project. She is featured as a full collaborating artist on two major tracks:

  • “Baby Pele”

  • “Sleep Over”

These tracks are already capturing attention because of her soft, emotional, and unexpected vocal presence. She blends beautifully with King Monada’s signature Limpopo sound, giving both songs a fresh, modern feel.

A few years ago, the internet was buzzing with rumours about a supposed romantic relationship between Elizabeth Manku and King Monada. Social media ran wild with the story, but it was later confirmed to be completely false. Their connection has always been purely professional and artistic — and this album proves just how strong that collaboration can be.

While the official album credits list Elizabeth strictly as a featured vocalist, her impact on the tracks is undeniable. She brings a calm, powerful, feminine presence that completes the sound Monada created for this project.

King Monada has a history of elevating unique voices, but bringing in Elizabeth Manku might be one of his smartest moves yet. The chemistry works. The sound works. And the audience definitely approves.

If you haven’t listened yet, start with “Baby Pele” — then let “Sleep Over” seal the deal.
